I took advantage of the festive break to finish my revisions to the solo adventure that grew out of this blog, Nor Gloom of Night. I tidied up the text, removed some redundancies, tinkered with the difficulty, and added a couple of illustrations. By using the fantastic Gamebook Authoring Tool to do this, I was also able to easily add hyper-links for all the paragraph choices, and jumble up the paragraphs for that final professional touch. I'm immodestly pleased with the result - though admittedly haven't had any feedback from anyone else on the result of my endeavours. You can download a FREE pdf of the full 100 paragraph adventure at the Talisman Adventures filepage on RPGGeek. It'll hopefully make its way to the hallowed halls of Talisman Island before too long. I have plans for a sequel - and as such would be extremely grateful for any feedback and criticism on the work so far.
